We support our trainees through internal training and promotion based on initiative and responsible conduct, e.g. by participation in trade fairs or periods of practical training in other Rösler branches all over the world.  We also provide an optimum  learning environment for future specialists in our in-house training workshops.  These investments in the future are an important part of the Rösler Company philosophy and the basis for every human resources policy.

At the moment we train 66 apprentice in different professions at our two German locations.

Engineering students have the possibility to do their practical training in our company.
